Shipping FAQ

  • All Standard Orders Ship within 7-10 business days
  • All RTS (Ready to Ship) products will ship within 3-5 business days
  • All Custom Orders ship within 14 business days

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-­­Friday). We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.


Address Changes

If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us as soon as possible at ________

 This includes out­­-of-date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.

USPS DELAYS - We are so happy that USPS has been much more efficient this past year, but we still see occasional delays. We always ship on time, but we aren't able to guarantee the post office will deliver your order in the estimated timeframe.

My package was marked "delivered", but I haven't received it!

If your tracking was marked as "delivered", but the package wasn't received? We're happy to help! 

When the tracking for your package is updated as "delivered" by the postal carrier, it triggers an automatic email from us to let you know about this new status. 

Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest 

  • USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day or so.
  • Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
  • If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. Two Bright Suns cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!
